PhD candidate in Electrical and Computer Engineering
Advisor: Dr. Deji Akinwande
I am a PhD candidate in Prof Deji Akinwande's group, currently working on developing high-performance electronic devices (logic/memory) based on two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs). We are working on optimizing contact, gate dielectric, and process steps of device fabrication, which are the critical steps in realizing high-performance devices out of 2D TMDs. Previously, I worked on process development, device fabrication, and post-fabrication encapsulation of a new class of buckled 2D materials, commonly known as Xenes (X=Si, B, P, etc.).
