The NASCENT Center hosts regular meetings where Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) members interact with students and faculty and share recent research progress with one another.
Please join us for GRA project updates from various thrust projects that are visible in the Event Details.
Please join us this Friday for GRA project updates from Thrust Project No.P-2B: R2R In Situ Electrical and Thermal Characterization of 2D Materials, P-2C: R2R Tip Based Metrology for Nano-Shaped Optical Metamaterials
Please join us this Friday for GRA project updates from Thrust Project No. P-1D: R2R Nanofabrication of Poly-Silicon TFTs, P-1E: WS Exfoliation of Flex Silicon-Based Photovoltaics and P-1F: WS Nanofabrication of Advanced CMOS Memory Devices
Please join us for the orientation meeting. NASCENT Leadership and staff will provide brief overviews of activity, volunteer obligations, course work, research projects and be able to answer any questions you might have regarding the Center's activities and your role within it.
Please join us this Friday for the second round of GRA project updates from Thrust Project No. P-1B: R2R Fabrication of 2D Material Transfer-Based Transceivers, P-1C: R2R Fabrication of Gravure Printing-Based TFTs
Please join us this Friday for the first round of GRA project updates from Thrust Project No. P-1A: R2R Nanofabrication of Display Photonics.
Dr. Zheng's lab has developed a series of opto-thermo-fluidic tools to assemble colloidal nanoparticles into superstructures and to pattern two-dimensional atomic-thin layers via computer programming. With their enhanced throughput and automation, in combination with low-power optics and simple setup, these digital manufacturing tools will further applications of designer nanomaterials with complex architectures and novel functionalities in photonics, electronics and medicine.
